Protocol is working with University College Birmingham looking for a Trainer/ Assessor for Team Leading and Customer Service to work on a full-time, temporary basis.
This role is primarily remote, you would be expected to be at the college at least one day a week. You will be providing professional guidance and education to L3 students in Customer Service and Team Leading, and also assessing coursework and the students progression.
This role is for at least 4 months. This role pays at £18.93 during the 25 hours a week of training/ assessing, with the remaining time to develop to full time hours being paid at an admin/ marking rate of around £10 per hour.
- Provide training and professional guidance to L3 Team Leading and Customer Service students
- Mark and assess students coursework and progression
- Be a point of contact for students and apprentices on the course
The person & qualifications
- Experience and/ or a degree in Team Leading/ Customer Service
- Able to visit the college once a week, and comfortable working from home
- An assessors qualification is required, and must hold a DBS or willing to apply for one
