Our client is looking for a Trainer/Assessor to inspire their students and support their careers in Human Resources, Learning and Development and Leadership and Management.  This is a full-time, permanent role.

Duties

  • Delivering excellent teaching practice across the Human Resources, Learning and Development and Leadership and Management curriculum
  • To contribute to the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the College
  • Adhere to all college policies including Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity 
  • Motivating students to excel in their subject area
  • Supporting students both pastorally and academically

 

The person & qualifications

  • Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in related subject
  • Hold an Assessor’s award A1 or equivalent
  • Hold an Internal Verification award V1 or equivalent (Desirable) 
  • Hold a teaching qualification
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
