Protocol is working closely with a West Yorkshire based college to find passionate Physics Teachers for a temporary, part-time position.
This is a temporary, part-time position. We are looking for candidates available from August 27th to early October, however these is potential for work beyond this time frame.
You will be working only on Mondays, working 4.5 hours per week. The role pays £20 – £25 per hour + statutory holiday pay, based on qualifications and experiences.
- Teaching Level 1 – 3 Physics, alongside BTEC/ A-Level students.
- Ensuring that students are developing their skills through classwork/ coursework, and marking their work
- Helping students develop their professional and personal qualities, and working with the college team to handle any issues.
The person & qualifications
- Experience teaching physics uo to level 3 or above is preferred
- A relevant degree in Physics, as well as a teaching qualification and a DBS
- A bright, can-do attitude focused on helping students achieve and thrive.
