Apply nowProtocol are currently working with a well established college within the Essex area, currently delivering to over 8,000 students – their aim is to support each students individual skills in order to help launch and develop their careers.
They are currently seeking a Professional Coach – Accountancy to work on a full time, permanent basis.
With both full-time and part-time as well as Apprenticeships courses available over 3 separate campuses, based in Colchester, Braintree and Clacton – they aim to deliver the best support possible to help students achieve their full potential.
Role responsibilities
- Manage and be responsible for providing apprentices with SMART targets
- Regular feedback to ensure students are ready to enter gateway
- prepare and conduct workshops to develop students knowledge, skills and behaviour
The person & qualifications
- Hold a professional accounting qualification
- Recent industry experience
- Experience of working with a diverse group of learners
- A teaching/assessing qualification is desirable
