FOH Supervisor, Dorset

Front of House Supervisor

24 hours per week (3 days)

Temporary or Permanent 

Role responsibilities

• Provide supervision, practical instruction and guidance in areas where skills training and practice takes place.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to in the provision of a safe working environment, and that any maintenance issues of the practical working area, materials and equipment are reported to the relevant person.
• To be responsible for the day to day operations, including the use and maintenance of all restaurant resources.

The person & qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant service and Health & Food Safety Legislation 
• Experience in quality restaurant establishment 
• Minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
