Join the team and support the students of Birkenhead as an Information, Advice and Guidance adviser.

Protocol are working with an established further education provider which is seeking a qualified individual who is passionate about delivering quality support to its learners. The right candidate will communicate with students in person or over the phone on a part time or full time basis (hours negotiable).

Role responsibilities

  • Providing specialist advice and guidance to students.
  • Reporting to senior management.
  • Networking with associated services.
  • Providing information/resources to help students make informed decisions.

The person & qualifications

  • Level 4 Information, Advice & Guidance qualification
  • Experience delivering advice and guidance in a similar role
