We at Protocol are working with a fantastic college in the North London area to recruit for a Caretaker on a temporary to permanent full-time basis. You will work Monday – Friday from 08.00am until 4.00pm.  You will be undertaking general maintenance and care taking duties across the college grounds. Shifts may have some flexibility to move to 07.00am – 3.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm. During busy college periods you may be required to work on early shifts of 06.00am – 2.00pm

Role responsibilities

  • Litter picking
  • College front maintenance 
  • General minor repairs i.e door handles
  • Light bulb replacements
  • Flushing of water systems
  • Emergency lighting testing 
  • Fire alarm testing 

 

The person & qualifications

  • Open-minded
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ideally a caretaking or maintenance background
