Protocol are working with a fantastic West Midlands college to bring on board an Employer Engagement Executive. This role will see the successful candidate engage with a network of industry employers and identify apprenticeship opportunities across various sectors. This is a full time position on an initial 6 month contract however the right candidate may well be offered a permanent position with the college. The person & qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a previous Employer Engagement role or a role in a similar field, i.e Recruitment or Sales
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
