This is a full time permanent Administrator vacancy in Uxbridge
You will be working 36 hours a week, term time only.
£20,611 to £24,996 Actual salary for 36 hours per week, term time only – plus benefits!
Protocol are working with a leading FE College based in the West London area. It is a very well-established College graded as “Good” by Ofsted. The College’s students are at the heart of what they do, and their priority is to prepare all their learners for the future. The excellent staff and facilities ensure that they provide a well-rounded learning experience to students to help them reach their full potential. Last year over 800 students from the A-Level and Vocational Courses went on to study at top universities.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sixth Form. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management and communicating effectively with students and staff across the College. You will also assist in the administration of UCAS applications and processes.
The person & qualifications
- Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.
- Orgnanised, flexible and proactive
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of using IT systems and databases
- Good team player, able to work flexibly and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Can prioritise a busy workload effectively.
